Registration & Accuracy
When using our online consultation booking system, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for all activities that occur under your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel appointments if we suspect any fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

Rescheduling
We understand life happens. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window are non-refundable to compensate the practitioner for reserved time.
